The 3 Real Skills You Need to Succeed
+ 2 gifts from my community
š 19 Apr 2025
IāLots of people want to be successful.
Almost none of them want to do the work.ā

Hard Truth - Thanks John
Amen.
Last week, one of my LinkedIn posts went viral.
Hereās what I got in my inbox:
āCan you scrape leads for me?ā
āCan you audit my CRM for free?ā
āCan you build a proposal for my client, and if we win, weāll split the profits?ā š
Everyone wants results.
Nobody wants to sweat.
Nobody wants to do the boring stuff.
Thatās why Iām building a community.
At first, I thought: āWhy not make it free? I want attention anyway.ā
Then I remembered my hourly fee.
And the value I can give.
And how many people ghost you if they donāt pay.
So hereās the deal:
If you already told me you want in, you're on the list.
But from now on, it wonāt be free.
Because success shouldnāt be free either.
Letās get back to the question:
What do you really need to succeed?
Itās not just a CRM.
(Although it helps.)
I figured it out two years ago.
My daughter Emma was just born.
Salesforce was talking layoffs.
No one knew who was safe.
So I did what I always do in danger.
Same thing I do when Iām losing a football match.
I run harder.
I fight back.
I go all in.
Thatās how I was raised.
Once, during a fair, someone stole ā¬400 from our market stand.
My mom cried.
I said: āGreat. Now letās make it back twice as fast.ā
I donāt stop.
Youād have to shoot me.
And buying a house only made me hungrier.
Soāhereās the formula:
1. Study
2. Work
3. Take action
1. Study
And I donāt mean āask AI to plan your holiday.ā
I mean:
Solve problems by yourself.
Google like a maniac.
Experiment. Break things.
Find better ways to work, earn, scale.
Nobody cares about how many certificates you have.
They care if you can help them right now.
Last week I built:
An n8n autoblogging script
A Google script for unlimited content strategy
A full SOP for dentists to scale lead gen + onboarding
An email cleaner + client profiler with Manus
A CRM workshop + strategy deck
This is what the market asks for.
And Iām about to build a team to delegate all of it.
2. Work
Iām hired for the strategy.
But I always push for an operator in-house.
Why?
Because without someone executing, nothing moves.
In the average company, the moment you hit a blocker (āLegal didnāt approveā, āSalesforce didnāt send the docā), projects freeze.
Nobody wants to push.
Nobody wants to take ownership.
So when I hire or collaborate, I donāt care about your CV.
I care about how badly you want things to move forward.
Thatās why coaching and mentorship donāt always work.
Because theyāre abstract.
What matters is: are you shipping?
If youāre paying for a CRM tool, a coach, or a consultantā¦
Use what you paid for.
And this is why the community will be paid.
People donāt act unless it hurts their wallet.
3. Take Action
Justin Welsh says it. Hormozi says it.
Everybody says it.
Nobody does it.
Taking action means doing the dirty work.
Every tiny process.
Every block in your system.
Every part of the sale, delivery, content engine.
It also means having the courage to pivot, constantly.
Rework, improve, and move forward.
Because like it or not:
In 2025, success = money.
Your hourly rate.
Your car.
Your time freedom.
Your followers.
Want to improve all of the above?
Build your brand
Pick your playground: LinkedIn, YouTube, IGā¦
But build. Daily.
And donāt post just to post. Speak to your market. Sell.Sell something
If you're not monetizing, you're not committing.
And no commitment = no growth.Always check the ROTS (Return On Time Spent)
If it takes too long and gives too little, drop it.
Fast.
Hobbies are fine.
But donāt confuse them with business.
My Easter Gift to You:
A Google script for content creation / curation
My tips for email deliverability, after using n8n ā so your cold emails donāt go straight to spam
š These (with furter details) will be inside the community soon.
You donāt need 10 courses, another certificate, or someoneās permission.
You need to study, work, and take action.
Every damn day.
Talk soon,
Giorgio
š Final Takeaway
Success doesnāt come from shortcuts or hype.
And being a performer, itās absolutely normal to suffer in a companyās environment.
It comes from systems, accountability, and the right people by your side.
Hope to be one of them.
