More Time, Less Noise

How to build a business that doesn’t own you.

Hi,

Two weeks in Greece.
White sand, crystal-clear water, no notifications.

Donkey Island in Lefkada

For days, I didn’t open LinkedIn.
No posting, no commenting, no “I have to stay visible” anxiety.

And yet—while my kids were building castles in the sand—an important contract got signed.

That’s when I realized something:
Freedom doesn’t come from working harder.
It comes from building systems that work without you.

Past months I made many webinars on Learnn.com

my business automations

Next months, I’ll be a teacher for Talent Garden.

I decided also to provide lead gen services and automations, using Facebook and Google Ads and cold email outreach.

One of my favorite systems right now?

A workflow I built to scrape qualified leads from LinkedIn without touching LinkedIn—
completely automated, free (up to 1000 searches/day), and running while I’m away.

Here’s how it works in 5 steps:

1️⃣ Define your target – Job title, industry, location. The more specific, the better.
2️⃣ Set your LinkedIn search – Use filters, even with the free plan. Copy the search URL.
3️⃣ Build your n8n workflow – HTTP Request → HTML Extract → Organize data → Save to Google Sheets.
4️⃣ Enrich your data – Add public emails, websites, extra info.
5️⃣ Start outreach – Your list is ready for campaigns, partnerships, or client work.

💡 The best part?
Once you set it up, it keeps running while you’re doing something else—like watching the sunset in Lefkada

Freedom isn’t about making money while working.
It’s about living life while your work keeps moving forward.

See you at the top,
Giorgio

P.S. If you don’t build systems, you’re just buying borrowed time.
