Marketing Insights You Can't Afford to Ignore
Learn how to save thousands of money taking informed decisions
Are you struggling to measure the true impact of your marketing efforts?
This is a common problem for many marketers and founders.
In fact, without complete data:
It's impossible to understand what works and what doesn’t.
You can’t predict growth.
You and your sales team navigate blindly.
This leads to inefficient spending and missed opportunities.
Imagine taking important marketing decisions based on incomplete information.
This likely results in:
A waste of budget
Not achieving revenue targets
A bad impression of your skills and capacity
When I speak with CEOs and CMOs, "growth in revenue" is always the priority.
Implementing a CRM system puts your data in control and amplifies your marketing and revenue impact. I've done this exercise with Gianluca and several other companies.
Here are 5 essential steps to get started:
1. Data Consolidation:
Aggregate all your existing marketing data into a single, unified system. This eliminates data silos and provides a comprehensive view of your marketing activities.
PRO TIP: Customer (or unified profile) should be at the center of your whole strategy. Design your journey starting from their experience.
2. Define Key Metrics:
Clearly identify the critical metrics that reflect your marketing performance. Focus on metrics like lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on marketing investment.
3. CRM Integration:
Ensure seamless integration of your CRM with all marketing channels—email, social media, web analytics. This enables automatic data flow and consistent tracking across platforms.
4. Training and Adoption:
Train your marketing team thoroughly on using the CRM. Emphasize the importance of accurate data entry, leveraging insights for strategic decisions, and continuous data updating.
5. Set Up Reporting Dashboards:
With all your data on the same platform, create custom dashboards within your CRM to monitor key metrics in real-time. Use these dashboards to analyze trends, identify successes, and pinpoint areas needing improvement.
Once you control your data, revenue becomes more predictable, and customers feel prioritized.
During the last 2 years, I've built a strong framework to predict and influence my revenues, working on every stage of the funnel.
