Thanks to the ones who followed me
Yes, that WMF. 2nd year in a row.
And yes, I talked about CRM.
But not the kind you're thinking of.
Myself explaining the importance of “sell the appointment”
The talk?
“How CRM can multiply revenue for local businesses”
💡 With real frameworks, proven systems, and field-tested methods.

I broke it down into 3 strategic pillars:
Attract more patients with precise targeting and multi-channel follow-ups
Improve customer experience with workflows, not chaos
Multiply revenue by fixing what happens after someone books
🔥 But the key takeaway was this:
CRM is not about the tool.
It’s about the people using it, and how much they care about their customers.
It’s not the software that changes a business.
It’s the attention, the empathy, and the obsession with doing things better.
After the talk, I had a queue of people asking:

Wrong question.
The right question is:
“How do I build a culture where people use the CRM to serve better?”
