🚨 AI, Layoffs & Missed Opportunities

While everyone's crying about AI "stealing jobs," I just closed a €7k deal.

AI isn't replacing humans. Companies refusing to train humans are.

1. The “AI Layoffs” Lie

Big Tech keeps firing people and blaming AI.
Let’s be honest: it’s not AI.
It’s profits.
It’s leadership that never trained their people to use AI.

I was at Salesforce.
Even an Account Executive could leverage AI to profile customers, anticipate renewals, uncover use cases, and deliver value with free consultations.
Instead of teaching that, they let people go and told the market: “AI is replacing jobs.”

Bullshit.
AI isn’t replacing humans. Companies refusing to train humans are.

The irony?
What I used to do for free inside Salesforce, I now sell for €7,000 per audit.
And I make over €200k/year combining digital products, consulting, and workshops.
That’s the difference between being replaced and being irreplaceable.

2. Milan, Switzerland & The Conversion Gap

Last week I was in Milan and Switzerland running workshops with teams who’ve been in the game for 20+ years and manage millions.

Guess what?
I was the one teaching them how to whiteboard solutions, build frameworks, and drive performance.
One of their director said “Giorgio, tell us how to work together and deliver conversion”.

It was totally unexpected for me, I wasn’t prepare for this, but I build the chart below, in 10 mins.

These are smart people.
But strategy talks and fancy journey maps don’t move the needle.
Execution does.
Conversion comes from actions, not PowerPoint.

And this is the gap: most companies know what to do, but they don’t do it.

3. My SEO Prompts Going Viral

Funny thing: my SEO prompts are being shared like crazy—even by so-called “SEO experts.”
Some are even reselling them.

Do I care? Not really.
It gives me visibility, and visibility closes deals.
In fact, a viral post on LinkedIn just landed me a €7,000 consulting contract with a major Italian company.

The real point?
Instead of hunting for scraps online, partner with people who know more than you.
That’s what I do in CRM. If I don’t know something, I go learn it from the best.

Otherwise, you end up like my ex-colleagues: laid off, posting “Open to Work” on LinkedIn, waiting for someone else to fix their life.

The Lesson

AI is not the enemy.
Laziness is.
Execution beats ideas.
And your brain—when packaged and monetized—is worth more than any job title.

That’s exactly why you should join my community: not just to share tools, but to share a way of thinking.
